Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 eggs yolks,beaten
  • 1 cup party cake mix
  • 1 small jar favorite sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Whisk together milk,sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, crea, and cake mix in a sauce pan until well blended

  2. Cook over medium- low heat until mixture reaches 160℉ stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool until warm then cover with plastic wrap making sure plastic is touching the cream mixture. Let cool completely at room temperature about 1 hour. Then place in the refrigerator until liquid is cold for 1 hour.
  4. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers directions until it reaches a peak.
  5. Transfer ice cream to a lidded plastic freezer container. Fold in your favorite birthday cake sprinkle toppingsk Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours or for best results overnight.
