Ingredients
  

  • 1 mango peeled & chopped
  • 1-1/4 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp grated lime zest
  • 1 banana peeled & sliced
  • 10 med strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 juice of fresh lemon

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Method
 

  1. In a blender, add mango, vanilla yogurt, honey, fresh lime juice, fresh lime zest. and ice
  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Divide mango lime smoothie between two straight sided glasses and fill half way in each glass.

  5. In rinsed blender add banana, strawberries, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, ice.

  6. Blend until smooth

  7. Gently spoon strawberry banana mixture down inside edge of each glass to create a horizontal line and fill rest of glass
  8. Top with whipped cream and seve immediately
